Enjoyed visiting Broadfork Farm the other day and joining them at the wild foraging dinner at the Wild Caraway Restaurant and Café. What an amazing dinner, a few highlights: oysters, quail eggs, rose hip bisque, smoked haddock covered in edible wildflowers, home-made ice cream topped with balsam fir syrup and a dandelion root and maple syrup seltzer! So good.
